I’m Jo, here to guide you through the power of intention and affirmation for the next 12 months, starting in December and ending in November. We’ll start each month grounded in positivity and purpose, aligning ourselves with the flow of all good things meant for us. Beginning the month open to the joy of new beginnings, let’s create a life of peace, joy, and connection, one intention at a time.

Use these at the beginning of each month and throughout the month as you choose! After all positive affirmations can only be a good thing to do!

Suggested Use:

Basic Affirmation:
Length: Short with one repetition.
Purpose: Designed for easy listening at the start of the day or any time during the day.
Optional Use: Can also be used at the end of the day if preferred.
Best Practice: Use daily for maximum benefit.

Sleep Affirmation:
Length: Includes three repetitions.
Purpose: Meant to be listened to before sleep to settle into the subconscious and encourage healthy sleep patterns.
Optional Use: Can also be used at any point during the day if desired.

She is a mom, wife, and passionate animal lover, who finds joy in laughing out loud and living life with awareness and compassion.
